Established in 1999, the business is run by a team of five directors who each have in excess of 20 years' experience gained across a range of commercial, public service and private practice backgrounds.

We provide advice for a diverse client base which regularly includes international and domestic public companies, UK public bodies, privately owned estates and individual property owners and tenants.

Our strengths lie in our attention to detail and the close working relationship we enjoy with those who instruct us which, in many cases, has lasted for several decades. As a result our ‘repeat instruction’ rate is extremely high.
